Stroller Strides Chicago North Shore is a fitness group for moms.  It is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby or toddler all at the same time. The classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a Power Walk with body toning intervals.
